The short version: this site has no cookies and no tracking, and we only keep what you type into our forms so we can call you back.
Faucon is a product of Eye of the Tiger AI Ltd (“we”, “us”), a UK company registered in England and Wales, company no. 17272387. This policy explains what this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. We follow UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
Demo and partner requests. When you book a demo or apply to be a partner, we keep your name, work email, phone number, business, the type and number of your sites and, if you tell us, your till system. We use it to contact you about what you asked for, and nothing else.
Cookies and analytics. None. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising tags.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal data. Your request is stored with our hosting and database providers (Google Cloud) and sent to our team’s email and chat tools so someone can call you, under contracts that limit them to our instructions.
Customers
If you become a customer, your agreement with us sets out how camera footage and till data are processed and how long they are kept.
How long we keep it
We keep a request for as long as we are talking to you, and for up to two years after our last contact unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Email hello@eyeofthetiger.ai and we’ll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Changes to this policy
We’ll update this page when our practices change and revise the “last updated” date above.
